Those who want to carry out cross-border business have heard about customs declaration. Customs declaration is one of the necessary steps to fulfill customs entry and exit procedures, but many people do not know how to pass customs declaration. Below, Haiwaiyi will introduce the process of customs declaration for everyone.

1. Prepare customs declaration documents (contract, invoice, packing list, waybill)

2. Fill out the handwritten customs declaration form. Fill out a draft customs declaration form based on the customs declaration information

3. Print the customs declaration review form. The customs declaration company enters data into the QP system based on the draft form and prints out the customs declaration review form

4. Send data. After checking the customs declaration data and the recheck sheet, the operator of the customs declaration company sends the customs declaration data to the electronic port with the customs broker card

5. Received data receipt. The customs review center receives the data and sends a data receipt after preliminary review without any errors

6. Print out the customs declaration form. After receiving the data receipt, the customs broker indicates that the customs accepts the declaration, and can then print out the customs declaration form in triplicate (customs verification form, customs operation form, and enterprise retention form) on the QP system

7. Book the customs declaration form. After confirmation, the customs broker shall sign and seal the customs declaration form, and attach the information required by the customs to each copy of the customs declaration form

8. On site document submission and declaration. Take the booked customs declaration form and submit it to the on-site customs for declaration

9. Document review. Accept the declaration after on-site customs review without any errors

10. Taxation. If the imported goods reach the tax amount, the customs will print out a tax bill to the customs broker

11. Pay taxes. Enterprises pay taxes to designated bank accounts based on tax receipts, and the bank stamps the receipt seal on the tax receipts (enterprises that have opened online payment can make online payments)

12. Tax receipt verification. On site customs verify tax receipts based on the receipt seal stamped by the bank

13. Select Inspection. Manual control - on-site customs choose whether to inspect the goods based on their risk value (if controlled by computer, it is necessary to inspect the goods)

14. Release. Customs will release inspected goods or goods that do not require inspection

15. Extract goods released by customs

16. Customs clearance. The customs will clear the goods on the above-mentioned customs declaration form, and the customs broker can only print the import payment certificate.
