What does the seller need to do before releasing the product?
The seller needs to confirm if you have a seller account first.
If so, you need to prepare all the text and image information of the product you are selling, and directly log in to the Noon seller backend center to upload the product;

The review situation is very important for sellers. Before purchasing a product, buyers usually check product reviews to judge its quality. It can be said that the positive feedback rate of the product directly determines the transaction volume of the product.
Customers can submit two types of reviews before noon: purchase reviews and product reviews.

Seller comments and ratings
All purchase and product reviews will be organized and used to rate sellers and products on Noon. All reviews are available for viewing (by the seller, buyer, or both), but the latest reviews have the greatest impact on the seller's rating. Sellers should carefully maintain their product reviews, as positive reviews are directly proportional to the traffic and conversion rate of the product.
How to calculate ratings?
After receiving the seller's product, customers will leave a rating of 1 to 5 stars on the seller's profile, depending on their satisfaction with the order experience. Customers will prioritize seeing the latest rating results.
Where can I view seller review ratings?
1. Noon website
The seller's review rating will be displayed below the store name on the right side of the Noon display page. It includes: star rating column; Average rating; The total number of ratings submitted by your customer
2. Seller backend center
Sellers can directly access your overall seller review ratings in the seller backend center and download reports containing buyer feedback.

Sellers can understand buyer satisfaction with their products through buyer reviews, but cannot participate in writing or influencing reviews about their products in any way. Noon has very strict control over customer comments, and sellers must avoid the following practices:

About Price
The prices of all products are determined by the seller, and all prices can be edited at any time, except for orders that have already been paid by the customer.
In order to prevent the possibility of high or low prices during seller pricing, the seller will set the minimum and maximum thresholds for the price of each item posted on Noon based on historical sales data:

This is a tool that you can choose from in the backend center, which can capture real-time prices (any price increase or decrease) of products sold by other sellers at noon and in the market, and automatically set your prices to defeat competitors and showcase your high-quality products to more customers.
Download the file from the seller's backend center page, activate the Price Engine, and set the required price range to use it.

Sales model: FBN&FBP
Noon provides two sales models to support sellers' business strategies. One or both of them can be used simultaneously, as long as you keep separate inventory for each mode.
FBN
Through FBN, sellers can send products to Noon, who will store them in the fulfillment center (i.e. Noon's warehouse), select and package them, and deliver them to customers on time, providing an excellent delivery experience. What sellers need to do is manage pricing and promotional activities.
FBN can ensure that orders from the United Arab Emirates are delivered within 24 hours of placing an order. At the same time, sellers can also use FBN to sell products in Saudi Arabia, with prices of 100 dirhams or more for all products.
FBP
FBP mode means that the seller handles inventory on their own (self shipping) and will receive orders via email. The product will be shipped from your own warehouse to Noon's warehouse, packaged and delivered on time by Noon's logistics team. Sellers need to control product prices, quantities, and processing times.
