Round Bottle Labeling Machine
KPRBL is used to label the glass/plastic round/flat/square bottle on one single side or double side. The whole machine is easy to move and can be matched with ribbon code printer, bottle unscrambler, turn table and inkjet printer etc.
Here are the features of KPRBL:
1.High labeling accuracy, good stability and flat labeling, prevent the deflect sticker and bubble
2.Used for round-point positioning labeling of round bottles, small taper bottles, to realize multi-purpose of one machine;
3.Labeling speed, conveying speed and bottle dividing speed can realize stepless speed regulation;
4. PLC control, labeling not working without products.
5.Control method: PLC + touch screen + stepping motor + standard sensor control.
