Introduction of High Efficient Fertilizer Pelletizer/ball shaping machine
This series of polishing machines is a new type of equipment: the granulating rate is more than 95%. The motor adopts flexible belt drive to start smooth, slow down the impact force and improve the service life of the equipment.
The ball shaping machine is used for the shaping process of various organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer after granulating. It can be freely matched with new organic fertilizer granulator, flat die press granulator and dual-mode granulator. This machine can be chosen two or three-level discs. After polished, the finished products are discharged from the output, and the finished size is even and smooth. The ball shaping can work continuously for a long time, with low power consumption, low production cost, high economic efficiency, and convenient operation and maintenance.
