Foam-in-place
1. Inject QuickPack foam into the carton with a high strength PE film which put inside in advance.
2. Fold the PE film and cover the rising foam, place the product on the rising foam.
3. Prepare another film over the product as picture, then inject QuickPack foam inside, and close the box.

Premold
1. Prepare a mold for producing cushion.
2. Place the film inside the box as the picture.
3. Inject QuickPack foam and close the box.
