Product Details
Lighting dome, flashing, light tube, fixed ring, decorative ring and diffuser composed a whole set of the BANFU light tube system. The upper lighting dome absorbs the sunshine sufficiently, after been reflected and enhanced by the high reflected light tube and guided to the diffuser; the diffuser spread the light to any angle of the space; this is how the system works. It is a miracle item warm in winter while cooler in summer which makes sure the heat and cool air stay inside and also prevent unwelcomed air outdoor. This system ended the electronic indoor illumination situation instead of pure natural light. It is a power saving, environmentally peaceful system which guarantees 12 years warrantee.
Lighting dome
Round dome shape and flat shape is optional (irregular shape could be customized)You can choose PMMA or PC as the raw material of the lighting dome which with high transparency and good reflection. The UV protection on the surfce can prevent 90% ultraviolet, which lengthen the dome's life. Atfer collected by lighting dome efficiently, the natural light was guided to the light well. Thanks to the design of dome arc and bending edge, the low angles' light can be also guided to the light well to increase the lighting collection which helps the lighting area bigger then the dome size; meanwhile the dust in air havn't place to locate.This lighting dome can resist any ultra weather, it is tested can load 300 kg weight. So the components of the BANFU system can be protected better.
Flashing
The flashing is stamped out by machine one time to make sure the using time, appearance and waterproofing function. Aluminum and zinc coated steel is optional for the raw materail. The shape of flashing can be customized according to the roof structure. The flashing is a bridge to connect the dome and light tube.Characteristic1:different materail and different shape is optional according to the roof structure.2:Forming technology: one time punch forming, oxidation, sand blast or powder coating.3:shape: flat edge, bending edge.
Light tube
Light tube is a high reflection pipe which guide various wavelength rays from sun light, then been reflected several times, finally been transited to any place need light. High reflectivity aluminum as raw material, transit the natural light from roof to the lower space This material can make sure the high transition and stability of sun light. The inside of the light well's reflection can arrive beyond 99%. As the light been reflected several times in the light well, so the higher the light well reflection, the bigger the light power left and the higher the transmit ion efficient which makes the light spread indoor brighter. This square shape light well with strong stability, high reflection, light weight and anti-rust, easy to install, maintain free. Elbow angle is optional.
Fixed ring & Decorative ring
The fixed ring and decorative ring is made by injection molding, with wonderful appearance, can be matched with the ceiling perfectly.Characteristic:1:One time injection molding2:The raw material is flexible PP.3:With good appearance.4:light weight, high intensity, anti-corruption.
Diffuser
Optional material is PC/PMMA; all of these three materials has good transparency, heat resistance and sound insulation. The diffuser redistributes light and spread to the room equally which brings more comfortable living situation to the human being.
