After years of research and development of our company, we have developed various of vibration tables ,they are divided into three types ,two-dimensional vibration automatic control , three-dimensional vibration of self-control , three-dimensional FM shock (for pipeline equipment) . It is suitable for precision casting, Pressure molding. And it is a stable machine with low consumption and low noise.
Working Principles
Carbon steel vibrating platform able is mainly composed of four parts.They are bracket, countertops, vibration, shock absorption institutions. Rubber springs and 2~8 vibrating motors are used together to vibrate materials from all directions (up and down, left and right, front and rear),leading to the effect of two or three-dimensional shake)

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: Material size and bulk density,height of discharge port, ideal capacity for proper type is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
