Weichai M26 series marine diesel engine (296-808kW)
The M26 series products are originated from Moteurs Baudouin (the company has more than 100 years of history, and is a Frenchmilitary's major supplier of diesel engines and units. It was acquiredby Weichai in 2009 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary ofWeichai Group). The original products have been improved comprehensively through localization development with respect to theirperformance, featuring low fuel consumption, long overhaul period and high reliability.The product power is within the range of330-808kW and is widely used in various types of ships, such as cargo ships, offshore fishing boats, public service ships andpassenger ships.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION
* Strong practicality:
It is equipped with a manual oil pump that can be pre-lubricated and drain the used engine oil. The oil cooler and filter are modular in design; the whole engine is compact in structure; a sight glass is set on the side of the engine block to facilitate maintenance.
Fuel economy:
The diesel engines are divided into high and low speed versions, of which the low-speed version diesel engine has lower fuel consumption rate at medium and low speeds, and the high-speed version diesel engine has lower fuel consumption rate at medium andhigh speeds. The fuel consumption rate of the 6-cylinder diesel engines at rated conditions is less than 200g/kW•h, and the rated fuel consumption rate of the 12-cylinder diesel engine less than 210g/kW•h; the highest oil consumption rate is 0.8g/kW•h.
Safe and reliable:
It uses cast iron body, grid structure and high-strength one-piece forged steel crankshaft; the seawater pipe is all of castcopper and stainless steel, and the pure copper sea water pump has stronger corrosion resistance; the cooling lubrication systemis equipped with an emergency interface.
