Applied fields:V mixer/V blender is designed for mixing two or more dry power or granule raw materials,such as pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry,foodstuff industry and so on.
Working principle:V blender mix the material by two asymmetrical cylinder,and the gravity of material,the material is constantly gathered and scattered in the cylinder by its rotation. Usually it need to take about 5-15 minutes to make the two or more materials fully mixing uniformity.

1. Mirror polished of inner and outer shell to meet cGMP standard.2. No blind angle in the V-shells, no accumulation of materials, high speed I-bar, efficient and short mixing time.3. Mixing uniformity can reach 99%4. Rotating valve is equipped for discharging5. Fully integrated motors and controls6. Can work with vacuum feeding system to create dust-free working condition.
