High speed lifting and dispersing machine is an efficient equipment for mixing, dispersing, blending and dissolving various mixed liquids and solids. The main motor is a speed-regulating motor with a speed-regulating range of 80-1600 RPM. The principle of high speed lifting and dispersing machine is composed of four parts: hydraulic lifting, mixing system, transmission and electrical apparatus.
According to the requirements of users, a machine can be equipped with more than one cylinder, alternate use.

Working Principle
High Speed Dispersers
The blade rotates at up to1650RPM and creates a radial flow pattern within a stationary mix vessel. The blade creates a vortex that pulls in the contents of the vessel to the blade's sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid.
