MAIN PROCESS
Turret unwinding unit(auto cutting splicing)→commascarper transfer coater&mayer bar coater→oven(drier) →EPC(correction) →cooling→humidity system →turret rewind unit(auto cutting splicing)
(1) Single or double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.(2) Edge position controllerAutomatic edge position control with infrared sensors.
Function:
1. Single or dual shaft unwinder.
2. Automatic tension control.
3. Gravure coating or semiflexo coating.
4. Drying tunnel with sectional temperature control and recirculation adjustment.
