Universal grinder machine with stainless steel dust collector, according to the special requirements of users and the special physical and chemical properties of crushed materials can be obeyed to add water cooling device. If the pulverized materials qualify the features of low melting point,low ignition temperature ,thermal softness and viscosity. Due to these properties,it will reduce the grinding effect or stop grinding,even cause combustion and explosion.Based on the possible danger,water cooling system should be added to the machine for these materials.This machine is not suitable for grinding materials with high viscosity and high oil.The commonly used water cooling device is installed in the front wall and the back wall of the grinding cavity.The front and back walls are respectively fixed with a sealed water clamp, so that the flowing tap water or the well water continuously flows into the water clamp of rear wall,and flows into water clamp of front wall.Like this,the water outside can circulate to irrigate water from the front wall to the back wall or from the back wall to the front wall.In the end,the water comes out from outlet of the posterior wall.The purpose of the water cooling device is to reduce the temperature of the grinding cavity.
