A.Small Continuous Casting Machine
The small continuous casting machine is used to produce small size products and suitable for small output.Melting furnace and holding furnace are integrated.The furnace can produce irregularly shaped rod like hexagon,C,U and so on.
8-50mm(copper rod) 6-50mm(aluminum rod)
B.Continuous Casting Machine Complete Production Line
When the product size and required output are relatively large.Melting furnace and holding furnace are separated.
Suggested the output: ≥ 200KG/H (copper) ≥70KG/H(Aluminum)
Producing Process
Product description
1.Melting furnace: Induction furnace is used to melt and provide liquid metal.
2.Holding furnace: Heat preservation furnace through PLC temperature control system,can realize the constant control temperature (Crystallizer is composed of graphite sleeve and water-cooled sleeve)
3.Tractor: Two pairs of rollers, ac servo rod drive system, with micro-gap precision drive reducer,rigid coupling,high rigidity,high precision,micro-gap drive.
4.Fixed length cutting machine(for large diameter metal rod/tube/strip):Automatically and accurately cutting metal rod/tube/strip after setting the required length.
5.Coiling machine(for small diameter metal rod): After the metal rod crystallizes, the coiling machine reels the metal rod into a group to form as disk.
