High-efficiency ceramic fiber lab muffle furnace
Features 1. The inner and outer double shell of the furnace are welded by the flanging steel plate, the appearance is electrostatic powder painting, uniform color, delicate and beautiful. Front opening structure, easy to operate. 2. The internal furnace is made of imported ceramic fiber board, and the furnace lining is high aluminum fiber. Compared with the traditional electric furnace, the advantages are small heat capacity, less heat absorption, fast heating up, high efficiency, small density, light weight, portable and so on. It can save energy and power up to more than 30%, and can rise to 1000℃ in about 30 minutes. 3. The heating elements are made of SiC (silicon and carbon) rods, and the furnace is equipped with S-type thermocouple to measure and detect the temperature in the furnace. 4. The furnace body and the controller are independently controlled. The instrument is controlled by the 517P temperature control program instrument + SCR, voltage and current display, temperature control is accurate, programmable, temperature rise curve is set, with intelligent alarm, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

9. How about your warranty? If the goods are found to be either damaged or defective without human factors, our warranty is 1 year, but consumable parts such as corundum nail, thermocouple and heating elements etc. are not covered by the warranty.
10. Can we visit your factory? Of course, welcome to our factory. Please advise your schedule in advance so that we can arrange to pick you up at Luoyang airport.
11. What’s the temperature range of the furnace that you make? Usually 50-1800℃.
12. How about the shipping way? Usually by sea. If you need the goods urgently, you can choose DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.
