Product Details

RYLQ

(Gas/Fuel) molten salt boiler, fuel gas, fuel oil or ethanol, with molten salt as the heat transfer carrier, can be used as high temperature heat source under various environments up to 450°C, widely used in various needs of high temperature Heating or drying in all walks of life. This product has the advantages of high temperature, low pressure, accurate temperature control and high thermal energy utilization. This product can also be equipped with a steam generator to produce saturated steam below 1.3MPa for use by users.

 

Structural features

1. Wet back type internal combustion two-pass structure, compact structure, high thermal efficiency.

2. The use of micro-positive pressure operation effectively improves the combustion intensity of the furnace, and makes the volume of the boiler with the same capacity smaller. At the same time, it eliminates the air leakage from the boiler furnace and the flue, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

3. Using advanced EDA technology, detailed calculation of the furnace structure size, the flow rate of the flue gas, reasonable and full use of flame and flue gas heat transfer, ensure the boiler work and adequate cooling, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

4. The use of high-efficiency condensing technology effectively reduces the temperature of the exhaust fumes and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

5. Using reasonable structural design and excellent fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials, the surface temperature of the furnace is greatly reduced, and the external temperature is lower than 50 degrees (higher than the national standard), heat loss is reduced, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is improved.

6. Adopt a new design to reduce the emission of harmful substances when burning fuel to meet the national environmental protection standards, in particular to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides to meet the national low-nitrogen emission standards.

7. Adopt imported burners from a number of international famous brands to adapt to various application scenarios to ensure quality and ensure safety.

Executive standard

1. Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with national and industry standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16507 "Water Pipe Boilers", TSG G0001 "Boiler Safety Design Supervision Regulations", GB/T17410 "Organic heat carrier furnace", GB50273 "Boiler installation engineering construction and acceptance specification"

2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087 to ensure the safety and reliability of the boiler.

3. According to NB/T47018, the welding consumables are selected and the furnace tubes of the boilers are protected by argon gas. The welds are subjected to X-ray inspection and inspection according to NB/T47013 "Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipment". After the completion of the boiler assembly, the tube sets are all completed. What are the limitation (size, humidity, chemical element concentrations) of coal fuel/solid fuel/wood fuel?

Size requirement of coal:0-30mm

Size requirement of blending coal: <50mm (the coal less than 6mm should less than 30%)

Diameter of biomass particle: 6~10mm, length: 25~50mm, water content < 15%, ash content < 2%, sulphur content<0.07%, chlorinity <0.07%, nitrogen content < 0.5%
