1. We are a factory of cloth plisse machine manufacturing
Changzhou HuaEn Garment Machinery Factory, a new family business, our company was founded officially in 2010 but engaged in pleat machine nearly 15 years. We provide a wide range of fabric pleating machine. There are total 5 types of fabric pleating machine that we are professional about. ZJ-217, ZJ-316D, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, HE-202, HE-217-T, ZJ-816, HE-217-B are applied for different purpose.
ZJ-217 is for side pleat, box pleat, wavy pleat and bamboo pleat by the reason of three types of knives available on the machine.
ZJ-416 is the main product of ours that we introduce. It produces tiny vertical pleat height varying from 2mm to 8mm.
ZJ-316D knife moves leftwards and rightwards along with deviation. 3 knives will be included like ZJ-217
ZJ-516 obvious feature is pleating sunray fabric that is vertical too. With computer control, it is for accordion too.

HE-202 is kind of pinching pleating machine
ZJ-816 is amazing, entirely different from the above 4. Its pleat pattern is kind of shrinking.
HE-217-B for big box pleats and big knife pleats for school uniform.
The most basic pleating machines needed for garment is ZJ-217 and ZJ-416.

3. Pleat pattern
It makes only one pattern which is called tiny knife pleat. It pleats with steel comb and steel belt, there isn’t any knife on this machine.

Paper is the mainly consumption of this machine. It is possible to use both smooth paper and flock paper.
When it pleats with smooth paper, the pleat angle is a bit sharper than that with flock paper.
