Towline Cable with High Softness (withstand up to 15 million times of bending) Conductor material: fine flexible oxygen-free copper . Insulating material: special mixed elastomer (anti-wear, tensile, bending resistant) -40+105 degrees. Sheath material: special mixed elastic PVC (anti-wear, tensile, bending, oil resistant) -40+105 degrees. Sheath color: grey
Core structure: anti-twist layering design. Feature: ①Highly soft and durable:Towline wire can withstand up to 15 million times of bends and resistant to heat , frost , oil . ②Fine oxygen- free copper:the copper core is made of 99.99% high purity fine oxygen free copper, It is not easy to age and has low resistance, fast and stable transmission speed. ③Wrapped with non-woven fabric to fix its wire core. The wire cores are intertwined and wrapped around with white lines to enhance tensile strength. ④Drag chain cable is fully filled and without gaps and made in uniform thickness for low eccentricity. ⑤Non-polluting quality material:towline wires are made of non-polluted and retardant PVC material for high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance. ⑥Drag chain cable of different wire core.
