The plane compound machine (honeycomb panel compound machine) mainly compacts two or more than two kinds of materials through the upper and lower conveyor belts to transmit temperature and pressure into two parts. The machine integrates the contact heating and cooling system, and the composite material will be heated evenly, and the material is cooled before the press is removed from the upper and lower bands. According to the length of different heating zones, the material will be perfectly pasted and combined, with good bonding strength, uniform clearance on the upper and lower belt and precise spacing adjustment, so as to ensure smooth surface and no wrinkle. It is widely used in a flat heating compound equipment to make the fabric or nonwoven fabric with sticky resin self adhesion through controlling temperature, speed and pressure. It can be used not only for continuous work, but also in small batch production.
This equipment is suitable for industrial textiles (textile composite membrane of the automobile industry (PU-) foam composite material of composite sensitive films) (honeycomb material multi-layer fiber composite filter material) (activated carbon filter non-woven material (processing) medical material compression film attached)
