Main applications
Used for cutting particles, fibrous roots, vines and many fibrous products either soft or hard for medical use.
Working principle
The pressing carrier chain deliver the materials to the knife to form a vertical angle with the rotating knife. the material is sliced by the rotating knife . The slicing speed is adjusted by electromagnetic speed regulating motor and thickness is regulated by the adjustable distance between knife and rotating wheel.
Main features
The electromagnetic speed motor which delivers an infinitely variable speed can adjust the feeding speed. And the distance between knife and rotating wheel which is adjusted by the inside and outside shaft can adjust the slice thickness. The machine has the advantages of reliable transmission, easy adjustment, high efficiency, excellent appearance, low noise, easy maintenance, as well as in line with the GMP requirements.
