DTE-5 automatic 3D video stereoscopic microscope has long working distance, wide field of view and high definition imaging quality. Based on the two-dimensional observation, rotating three-dimensional observation function is added, real-time image observation and 360° rotation, which makes unilateral specimen easy to be observed in all directions, multi-directionally.
It is mainly used in semiconductor, SMT welding joint, QFP, capacitor, connector, medical device, biological chemical industry and other industries. To observe the 3D images that is not easy to observe under 2D microscope, jewelry industry inspection and school teaching as well.
High definition 4K microscope camera adopts new V3.0 version measurement system. Adding user-defined interface editing, user-defined template editing, Dxf import templates, file management, measurement data export and other functions, which improving the image difinition. The SONY Sensor has high sensitivity, low noise, excellent performance and smooth preview. Video, photography, auto edge finding functions, which give superior measuring effect. Support data recording and saving function, connected with the mouse, too.
