Wire Mesh Mist Eliminator
Mist eliminators are employed at the top of a packed column or in conjunction with a collecting tray between two packed beds. They separate liquid droplets from the gas stream. Droplet discharge from the column and/or the liquid entrainment from one stage to the next is minimized.
Our mist eliminators are engineered for optimal performance under specific applications.
Specifications of embedded demister pad· Material: stainless steel, Monel, titanium, PP, PVC, PE, PTFE and so on.· Wire diameter: 0.2 mm, 0.22 mm, 0.23 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.28 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.35 mm.· Mesh size: 2 mm × 3 mm, 4 mm × 6 mm to 12 mm × 6 mm.· Height or thickness: 100 mm to 150 mm.· Pad diameter: 300 mm - 6000 mm.
