Structural characteristics and working principle1> Loading modeThis machine is a dynamic closed-loop configuration, and load mode adopts rod hanging weights mode.The loading lever is hung on the load sheave clutch. By hanging weights plus through fastening loaded clutch nut and make the two sheave tighten which installed on the loaded clutch. Then remove the weights and the loading lever and you can readout the torque on the clutch torque measurement.
3> Installation and adjustmentMake the test machine at the level of the floor and mat three horns. Put the spirit level on the test table. By adjusting the horn to make the vertical and horizontal direction error do not exceed 0.2/1000.The test machine host should be placed separately from the control cabinet to avoid the noise and pungent odor when the testing machine working. After the start of the test machine, person can not inter into the room which the machine placed.The test procedure in accordance with the the "lubricant carrying capacity assay (CL-100 gear machine method) SH/T0306-92" provisions.
