Working principle of LM mineral powder vertical grinder:

The workers first send the raw coal in the coal hopper to the coal mill to grind it into coal powder, and then use a conveyor belt to blow the coal powder into the exhaust fan driven by hot air, and then enter the furnace of the boiler for combustion. The coal mill is driven by an electric motor through a coupling, a cylindrical gear reducer, and an open large and small gear drive to rotate the rotating part. The rotating part of the cylinder is equipped with grinding media. When the cylinder rotates, the steel ball is lifted to a certain height by the rotating cylinder under centrifugal force, and then falls due to its own gravity, causing the coal in the cylinder to form coal powder under the impact and grinding of the falling steel ball, which is the grinding process. During the grinding process, the pulverized coal is dried by hot air and sent to the boiler for combustion or stored in the pulverized coal bunker.

After the coal mill completes the grinding and grinding work, the coal powder is blown into the boiler through thermal separation. After the coal powder is fully burned in the boiler, the hot flue gas formed will flow along the boiler for heat release, followed by coal ash separation.
