Horizontal Type Water Cooling 110-250mm HDPE PP Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extruder Machine Supply to Pakistan
Double wall corrugated pipe is mature product which has the advantage of low weight, low cost, anti-corrosion, good ring stiffness and flexibility. Our company has developed PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line for more than 20 years. We have the whole series of double wall corrugated pipe machine: horizontal type, vertical type and shuttle type. Our machine can process wide range of material, including HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.The fully automatic plastic double wall corrugated drain pipe extrusion making machine uses two high-speed single-screw extruders. Single-screw extruder: We use PE high-speed high-efficiency single-screw extruder. Its barrel is slotted type design.It is also equipped with a low-noise fan and a high-speed hard-surface gear box. The inner and outer layers of the double wall corrugated pipes are independently fed by two extruders. It achieves the use of different colors and different raw materials production, and ensures efficient extrusion.This double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line can produce from inner diameter of 110mm to 250mm.
Automatic production line (Ø110-Ø250) contains two parts.One is mechinal part:SIEMENS motors,JIANGYIN gearbox,single screw barrel,heating area,another is electric part:ABB frequency changer,OMRON temperature control,SCHNIDER contactor, It has features of high and stable output capacity as well as highly automatic operation. According to the material situation, for HDPE, you can choose high efficient single screw extruder.For PVC, you can choose conical twin screw extruder. The forming system of this line consists of mould and corrugator.The mould blocks can be easily changed and they are equipped with air or water cooling system.
Both outer layer and inner layer are extruded inside die head. Each material flow channel inside die head is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment and mirror polishing to ensure material flow smoothly. Also die head provides compressed air between both layer.Calibration sleeve is used to cool inner layer to form smooth and flat pipe inside. Pressure water flows inside calibration sleeve to have good cooling effect. Vacuum is created on calibration sleeve surface when producing big diameter pipe, ensure inner pipe roundness.
Forming machine: It adopts horizontal structure and gear drive design. At the same time, it is also equipped with an open water cooling system and a vacuum forming system. This ensures a high production rate for continuous production. The mold adopts the mechanical up and down synchronous drive and the advanced programmable lubrication system. These make the molds have a long service life, ensure the accuracy of the operation and ensure the quality of the pipe. Because of using advanced online expansion function, we can expand the double wall corrugated pipe online. This significantly reduces the investment and the improves production efficiency.
Equipped with precise inspection device ensures the cutter accurately placing at the correct position of double wall corrugated pipe. Whole cutting process is accurate and fully automatic.
