PET Bottle Making Machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
Performance Features
1. It adopts the soft cabin structure, made of transparent PVC membrane. It is integrally closed on the top, and integrates the control unit, air inlet and outlet system, and air filter unit. It is beautiful in the appearance and easy to clean and maintain.
2. The system supports two sterility testing methods prescribed in Pharmacopoeia, that is, the membrane filtration method and direct inoculation method. The pump unit of the bacteria collector is directly integrated on the operation platform.
3. The operation cabin and transfer cabin can be used in combination or separately.
4. The inlet and outlet ports of the cabin adopt H14 high-efficiency particulate air filter and high-performance centrifugal fan imported from Germany. There is turbulent air flow in the cabin. It can maintain positive pressure continuously.
5. The system is reserved with interface and valve to connect hydrogen peroxide sterilizer. The hydrogen peroxide steam is used for sterilization inside, which can reach 1g6 sporicidal effect on the air in the cabin and exposed surface.
6. Aseptic transfer of materials can be realized by various means, such as docking with a steam sterilizable transfer bag, and a transfer cabin equipped with RTP system.
7. Siemens PLC module and touch color display screen are adopted in the system to optimize the interface design. The system is fully automated and supports the alarm function for pressure loss.
8. The system is provided with multifunctional combined interfaces, such as 25mm standard sanitary quick interface, common medium (electricity and gas) and verification/detection interface.
