Working principle of European version limestone grinding machine:
After the large block of material is crushed to the required particle size by a jaw (hammer) crusher, the material is transported to the storage hopper by a hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding chamber for grinding by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground materials are fed into the powder concentrator by the fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the impeller of the powder concentrator, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding. Materials that meet the fineness requirements flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device to form the finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone dust collector. The system belongs to a closed loop system and operates under positive and negative pressure conditions. Due to the material being ground in the grinding chamber containing a certain amount of water, the heat generated during grinding can cause the gas inside the grinding chamber to evaporate and expand, changing the gas flow rate of the system. In addition, the sealing problem at the inlet and the joints of various pipelines, the entry of external air causes the loss of air in the system to balance. Therefore, the excess gas is introduced into the bag filter through the exhaust pipe valve set at the fan outlet, and is purified before being discharged, Realize production while adjusting the airflow balance of the system.
