The tunnel-type packing box special disinfection machine is a new type of disinfection equipment newly developed by our company for market demand. It is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and adopts a 360-degree spray tunnel delivery disinfection method. Each circulating water tank uses a horizontal stainless steel centrifugal water pump cycle. Operation, simultaneously sterilize the wrapped objects from four directions from top, bottom, left and right. The mixed disinfectant is pressurized by a ceramic plunger high-pressure pump, and is produced by a professional nozzle through a high-pressure pipeline with a diameter of about 1-15 microns (0.001mm). Fog droplets, because the droplets produced under this high pressure are very fine, the droplets can be suspended and floated in the air for a long time to form a flying mist. The droplets can settle on the surface of the object to fully cover the surface of the conveyed object and play a comprehensive disinfection and sterilization effect. The disinfection process is comprehensive, convenient, fast and efficient. The equipment cooperates with disinfectant to disinfect and sterilize the outer packaging of items. The equipment is divided into two types: powered and unpowered.
The equipment adopts microcomputer control, the main liquid tank has no liquid power to prevent dry burning, the auxiliary liquid tank bottom water level alarm, can be equipped with automatic counting function, high degree of automation, beautiful appearance, compact structure, easy to move, especially suitable for frozen food, processed cooked food After packing, the equipment can be customized according to the size and shape of different boxes of users.
