(effective value).* The test output high voltage can be freely adjusted from 1.0 to 15.0KV R.M.S. (effective value).* Limit the fault current so that it does not damage the test equipment.* Sparks generated instantaneously do not destroy the good insulation of the wire conductor.* Can quickly detect pinhole and broken wire conductor failure.* There is a safe switch interlock protection device.
