1. This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as sawdust, rice shell,coffee husk,peanuts shell, bagasse,etc. The raw material dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.This machine adopts temperature adjusting indicator, it can work steadily at the fixed temperature and has the feature of rationalstructure, being easy to operate and maintain.
The solid fuel produced by this machine has the feature of being easy to light, and having high calorific value (over 20% higher than normal wood), little pollution when burning and high density which is favorable to transportation. This machine can make full use of the remainder of farm and forest.

Work Process
Work process of charcoal machine production line
1. Crush the raw material into a powder with a size of 2-5mm.
2. Use rotary dryer to make material dry until the moisture is 8%-12%.
3. Use sawdust briquette equipment to moulding different shape and size of product.
4. After being pressed by the briquetting machine, it is finally placed in the carbonization furnace for carbonization it will become smokeless charcoal.
