Product Application
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed of a U-shaped container,spiral belt mixer blade and transmission parts.The U shaped long barrel structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed material(powder and semi fluid) in the cylinder.Forward and reverse rotation of the spiral strip installed on the same horizontal axis,forming a low power efficient hybrid environment,the spiral is made of two or three layers,the outer spiral brings the material from both sides to center,and the inner layer spirals the material from the center to the sides,which can made the material flow in nore eddy,accelerate the mixing speed,and improve the mixing uniformity.The belt pulley drives the reducer,and the elastic connection of the belt drive have the advantage of protecting the transmission parts in the overload when compared with the large torque of the gear reducer.
