The Shimazu 2000 adopts a high-speed loading platform, is equipped with the function of determining the position based on appearance images, and can complete necessary tracking functions with just one click of the mouse. It can move samples and change observation angles more quickly, achieving fluoroscopy inspection. Moreover, the software used in this system (XEVOLUTION) will upgrade the stepper and teaching functions previously used on -1000, and can add setting and testing functions, so that users can set inspection steps according to their own needs. This device uses a tube ball design without high-voltage cables, and when used in conjunction with a flat detector, it can obtain high-resolution images without deformation or shadows. The new -2000 is particularly suitable for inspection of BGA solder ball defects, observation of solder wire keys and status on actual boards.

Easy locking of observation position

After placing the sample, the observation position can be locked with easy mouse operation. The device does not use a high-speed driving device to quickly find the observation position, and the configured tracking function can rotate and tilt the field of view, and perform fluoroscopy inspection from the required angle and direction of observation.

·Shooting exterior image: The exterior image camera (optical) can capture a panoramic view of the stage and display the image on it. (Read time is 2 seconds)
·Positioning: Click on the point to be observed on the exterior diagram, and the stage will quickly move to align the point with the perspective point. (The positioning process should not exceed 2 seconds)

Inspection steps can be set arbitrarily

·As long as you make a selection in the sample category, the device will adjust the corresponding irradiation conditions based on the sample location and complete the setting.

·This device also has a tracking function, which means that during the tilting process of the receiver, the system controls the movement of the loading platform to keep the observation point within the field of view. When the observation point drifts out of the field of view, double-click the mouse to automatically track the function and move the observation point into the field of view.


This device uses a digital flat plate detector without the use of an optical lens, and is paired with a new open X-ray tube. The detection surface is horizontal, allowing for high magnification, high-resolution, and deformation free images. It can also output high-precision results when observed or measured with the naked eye.
