Potassium lignosulfonate is a yellow powder solid which is easily dissolved in water. It is a macromolecular electrolyte with a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000. The dispersion of 10,000-40,000 is particularly effective. It has branched and cross-linked molecular structure, is a high quality cement grinding agent, after a lot of experiments and practice, has been widely used in cement plant.

Usage1. Used as water reducer for concrete: adding 0.25 ~ 0.3% of the weight of cement can reduce water consumption by more than 10 ~ 14%, improve the workability of concrete and improve the quality of engineering. Summer use, can restrain slump loss, generally with high – efficiency water reducer compound use.

2. Used as binder: in smelting industry, potassium lignosulfonate is mixed with mineral powder to make mineral powder balls, which are dried and put into the kiln to greatly improve the recovery rate of smelting.
