Product Application for ZJ816 ruffle pleating machine for smocking
1) zj816 ruffle pleating machine produces various pleat designs by roller/cylinders that are custom made. We have currently made over 20 kinds of cylinders for various designs. 2) 160 or 320 pcs of springs straining fabric into stereo pleat patterns with the help of heating setting. 3) Springs can be removed individually to make some space pleating. 4) The most important is working width is custom made too.

We totally have model ZJ-217, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, ZJ-316D fabric pleating machine.
►ZJ-217 is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types. To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it. ►ZJ-416 pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothpick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb. ►ZJ-516 for both sunray and accordion with computer control
