Silicone Color Masterbatch
Silicone color masterbatch has found its usage in different industrial segments, KLB silicone color master batches are perfectly matched to any HTV silicone rubber compound and can be incorporated quickly and easily on the roll mill. It can be mixed togother in almost any different combination you like as per your requirements.
Using range Food, medicine, outdoor use, uv resistant, long secondary vulcanization silicone rubber products
Add around 1%~5% of silicone color pigment in the uncured silicone rubber compound before complete mixture in the roll mills.
Avoid direct sunlight and away from ultraviolet (uv) region. After using the product don't exposed long time and higher than 35 ℃ environment. To avoid and acid metal oxides and ammonia or flammable material contact.
We have water based or paste colorant and solid block silicone masterbatch. Masterbatch,color paste, mill base, any color matching Pantone Code is availiable.
