We have two steps to eliminate the malfunction of the rewinder: the photoelectric protection function of a fully opened toilet paper production and processing equipment is malfunctioning, and the machine can still work after emergency treatment. However, due to the lack of protection detection, operators are very concerned about personal safety, resulting in low work efficiency. Secondly, after removing the circuit board and conducting a visual inspection, it was found that the substrate around the power bridge stack had discolored. It was concluded that the bridge stack had been burned out, and after replacing it with a bridge stack for power testing, there was still no reaction. Using a multimeter to measure, the newly replaced bridge pile has also been burned out, indicating a short circuit. Checking the components one by one from the bridge pile down, it was found that one of the three terminal voltage stabilizing blocks (7805) was broken down. The purchased components were replaced, and the power indicator light on the circuit board lit up after being powered on. The operator installed the circuit board onto the machine and followed the normal procedure to check if the photoelectric protection function was working. They covered the light eye with their hands and immediately stopped the falling knife. They tried several times and everything was normal
