Working principle of cement grinding machine equipment

The main motor of the LM cement grinding machine equipment drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer, while hot air enters the vertical mill body from the air inlet. The material falls into the middle of the grinding disc from the discharge port and moves evenly from the middle to the edge under centrifugal force. When passing through the grinding area of the roller track of the grinding disc, the large materials are directly crushed by the grinding rollers, and the fine materials are compressed to form a material bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the air ring, while larger granular materials fall back onto the grinding disc and continue to be crushed. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding. Qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, collected and discharged by the system's powder collector to form the finished powder. When iron blocks and other debris mixed with the material move to the edge of the grinding disc, they fall into the lower chamber of the mill due to their heavy weight and are scraped into the slag discharge port by the scraper plate installed at the bottom of the grinding disc and discharged from the machine (commonly known as slag discharge).
