Graphite Rotor
Graphite Rotor consist of rotor pole and nozzle, is an important part of aluminium alloy smelting machine. Graphite Rotor is widely used to refine & deslagging & desgassing in aluminium and zinc industry.
Working Principle:
Transmission system drives the graphite rotor rotation,High-speed rotating graphite rotor to break up the blown inert gas (argon or nitrogen) into bubbles, meanwhile Make the hydrogen and impurity in melt to spread. Bubbles absorb hydrogen and adhere to impurity then brought up to the surface.
