Product Details
Wear resistant polyurethane cables can be used in track systems, which are resistant to tension, torsion, and high mechanical stress. They contain a bundle of optical fibers and can be used for data transmission. They are suitable for mobile equipment, such as mobile cranes, lifting equipment, and heavy-duty excavators< Br/>
Features of wear-resistant polyurethane cable products: bending resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, UV resistance (without cracking), tensile strength (with steel wire and high-strength cotton rope), produced according to German VDE standards. Service life: 4-5 times the service life of rubber sheathed cables. Suitable for towing system cables, the movement speed can reach 240m/min. The tension load is 15N/mm2

Characteristics of wear-resistant polyurethane cables:
1、 Wear resistance: When cables are frequently subjected to mechanical effects such as friction, scraping, and grinding during use, their surface will gradually wear out. Therefore, the selection of materials and wear resistance is very important. TPU plastic raw materials have excellent wear resistance, more than five times more durable than natural rubber (rubber sheathed cables), and are one of the materials for wear-resistant products< Br/>
2、 Tensile performance: Polyurethane cables have a tensile strength of up to 38MPa, while ordinary rubber sheathed cables (one of the most common cables on the market) have a tensile strength of only 8-12MPa. When cables are applied in environments with forced traction, the tensile strength of rubber sheathed cable sheaths is poor, and the wire core is prone to breakage after being subjected to external tension. The excellent tensile performance of polyurethane cable sheath and insulation provides good protection for the wire core, making it durable and long-lasting< Br/>
3、 Tearing performance: Polyurethane cables are damaged due to the expansion of cracks during application, which is called tearing. Tearing strength is the ability of the material to resist tearing; Generally speaking, TPU has high tear resistance, and its tear strength is very excellent compared to some commonly used rubber and plastic adhesives< Br/>
