How to make good effect products from feed extruder 1) Raw materaisl prepartion must remove stone, metal etc .2）Corn, soybean etc should be crushed before coming into extruder machine, the finer the raw materaisl is, the more easier raw materaiwl will be cooked in the barrel of the extruder machine. But for fish and aquatic, it is very difficult for them to digest pelelts with big diameter, so the finer the raw materails , the effect will be better. usually water drop type crusher will be suggested. 3) steam must be suitable to comeinto the extruder machine : the steam quantity will effect extruder effect too. If too much steamm, then corn, soybean etc will be too soft to have good forming shape.7%-8% is better.For corn, 10% is better.4)To raw materaisl with high rate starchm, then more steam should be added. To raw materaisl with high nutrition, steam should be in certain quantity. So steam quantity should base on formula to.5）You should control modulating time too.
