1 Working principle
The bullet machine is based on the principle of circular motion The grinding disc and pressure roller are made of high quality alloy steel after special treatment The shift and grinding disc drive the roller to rotate under the effect of friction The material is gelatinized at high temperature between the roller and the grinding disc, and the product is solid and characterized The pellets are output from the mold hole under the extrusion of the roller, through the throwing plate, and the pellet size can be adjusted through the notch

4 Operation
4.1 After receiving pellet machine, check which of the screws are loose and which of the motor and machine head are concentrated After that, adjust the tears according to the situation
4.2 Wire bullet machine to power supply, and select cable based on below:
Ø Model 125-150 use copper cable diameter 2.7-2.8mm
Ø Model 210-260 use copper cable diameter 3.58mm
Ø Model 300-400 use copper cable diameter 4.514mm
****The wiring distance is 10 meters If it exceeds 15 meters, a larger wire marking is required The maximum distance is 20 meters****

4.3 Please use hyperbola heavy load high temperature resistant gear oil for heavy duty vehicles manufactured by formal brands to lubricate the gears, oil model is 85W-90 or 85W-95 Please refer to the fuel label on the machine for details Gear oil plays the role of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and buffering The quality of gear oil directly affects the service life of the gear If the gear oil is poor or the visibility is too high, the oil film will not form between the tooth surfaces, which will increase the wear in use, causing gear scratches in the light, grinding the gear into the knowledge shape in the heavy, and high temperature in the gear

4.4 When new machine is used for the first time, take 5kg grass powder or sawdust, 0.5kg fine sand and 1kg used engine oil, then mix them even Run in the machine repeatedly for 30 minutes before normal operation (run in method: when the material is ready, turn on the machine and tight the screws on both sides with a wrench. Tighten the screws on both sides even. For example, tight the left side for one round, then the right side for one round.) When the gears on both sides rotate normally, place the run in material, observe when pellet is output
****Raw material moisture requirements: 12% water shall be added to feed, and 20% water shall be added to sawdust Adjustment shall be made according to the dryness and humidity of raw materials****
4.5 There are three buttons, including startup, shutdown, E-stop, as shown in below figure:
4.6 When the machine is running, observe while the rotating disc and grinding disc are synchronized If not, stop the machine immediately and check whether the locking nut is loose Do not restart the machine until the problem is solved
4.7 Notices for machine shutdown: After the machine is shutdown, if it needs to be used again after several days, mix 4kg feed and 1.5 kg editable oil even, and then put it into the machine for extrusion It is conductive to the next startup Avoiding the feed drying in the mold hole after shutdown After shutdown, loose the adjusting screw, and free the press roller Clean up the residue in the feed bin
