Maintenance-free Grinding Roller Assembly
Primary refilling oil after 7 days, after that refill oil once every 30 days. New-type end face sealing structure with wear compensation, more advanced and reliable. Maintenance interval is longer, and maintenance cost is lower.

1. Refilling oil interval can be as high as more than 30 days, which is 15 times more than ordinary roller assembly, The oil can be saved more than 12 times a year.

Pulse Dust Collector
Based on bag dust collector disadvantages such as collect efficency not very high, opratte some time difficult to clean then need to exchange new one, pulse dust collector settle all these problems, with high efficiency and collect dust can reach to 95% to 99.9%, stable easy to control, can use longer and easy to maintenance decrease the cost.
Connected with exhaust fan to be an aspiration system for dust collection. Suitable for Chemical, plastic, cement, metallurgical and electrical power industries as dust collection and environment protection equipment.
A dust remove device, include a cartridge filter and compressed air pulse jet purging device. It working together with a vacuum fan as an aspiration system for site dust collection.
1) The dusty gas enters into the dust collector through the air inlet. During this process, the dust is captured on the outer side of the filter, and the clean air enters into chamber at the center of the filter.
2) Then the clean air will be discharged through outlet. The pulse controller will clean the filter by automatic program.
3) First, the controller will open the electromagnetic pulse valve.
4) Then the high pressure air directly flow into the filter center to clean the dust.
5) Final the dust will falls into the dust hopper by the air flow and gravity.
