WeiFeng WFS Model Single Screw Steam Extruder
WFS series single screw wet extruder is deliberately made for Aquafeed, it has a very impressive performance and efficiency, especially when producing 3~5mm floating aquafeed.
Performance characteristics:
*Wide range of applications, can adapt to a variety of production process, replaceable and adjustable screw can have different configurations to adapt different target product.*Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.
*The gearbox can stand strong torque and thrust up to 400hp.
*Jacket design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.
*Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with L/D ratio up to 18:1 that assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.
*Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.*WF series of extruder has a special frequency control feeder, that assures the feeding process become more smooth and stable.

WFT series twin screw wet extruder is especially desinged for special feed production,which inquires in-shape rate and good-looking appearance. It is applicable for different kinds of aquatic feed(floating,sinking,slow sinking) and pet feed.
