Plate microporous aerator
The microporous aerator is designed as a slightly raised arched surface with ABS engineering plastics as the main body. The diaphragm has a special imported rubber (EPDM) with anti adhesion surface, which is made by special processing. The diaphragm hole is made by the German imported CNC cutter, which ensures the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the aerator is aerated with oxygen, four air supply tanks are designed on the main panel, so that the incoming air can be buffered through the check valve and then directly sent to the center of the aerator head to ensure that the diaphragm can be opened easily with low resistance at one time. The diaphragm is mechanically assembled with rib anti lock to ensure that the diaphragm will never fall off. During air intake, the micropores on the air distribution membrane expand by themselves to ensure air passing through. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane are closed. Because the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane expand and contract by themselves, the micropores passing through the aerator are not blocked. Secondly, the bottom plate of the aerator is provided with a check valve device to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the gas supply of the pipeline system is stopped, so as to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the branch pipe and being blocked. The incoming air does not need special filtration, the intermittent aeration is not blocked, the aeration is uniform, and the oxygen transfer efficiency is high.

1. The gas diffusion rubber plate is made of high-quality synthetic rubber. 2. There are a large number of self closing holes on the rubber diaphragm. With oxygen filling and stop operation, the holes can open and close automatically. Therefore, there is no hole blockage, contamination and other defects. At the same time, the air entering the aerator does not need to be dedusted and purified. When the aerator stops operation, the sewage mixture will not be poured back, which can reduce a lot of operation costs and maintenance workload.
3. Because the membrane microporous aerator can be fully distributed at the bottom of the aeration tank, and the dissolved oxygen in the tank is even, it can be applied to various tank types and depths, and can also be modified to improve the effect of the original aeration tank.
4. As the gas diffusion plate of the membrane type microporous aerator is made of high-quality rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical properties. The tray, accessories and air pipes are made of engineering plastics, so it is not afraid of corrosion, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance workload.
5. The air pipe adopts UPVC or ABS engineering plastic pipe (can be selected according to the user's needs), the microporous aeration head is directly screwed on the air distribution pipe, which is convenient for installation and use, and is conducive to maintenance.
