1.Chicken Hanging
Receive the chicken and then hanging them on the conveyor line.
2.Chicken Stunning(no Halal)
The Waterbath Stunner is situated within the killer line before the killer.
For stunning, adjustable voltage is applied to the water and passes through the bird into the shackle.
3.Killing
Kill the machine by hand ;
Also could kill by automatic poultry killing machine.
4.Bleeding
The Blood Trough is fitted in the killing line directly behind the killer.
Each blood trough is uniquely designed to fit the killling line layout to ensure that all blood is collected without conamination to the factory floor.
5.Scalding
Following immersion into the Scalder , the carcasses are optimally prepared for further processing.
At the bottom of the scalding sections there are pipes with air metering slots which are fed by a blower.
6.Plucking
The open design of the system meets the high requirements of the hygienic conditions in the picker. The feathers are gently removed from the carcass by the combination of adjustable plucking bars and water.
7.Evisceration
Remove the internal organs manually on the line.
8. Pre-chilling
Spin chillers for cooling eviscerated chicken carcasses in water prior to cut-up or packing as well as custom made air chill systems where birds are cooled with cold air.
9.Cut-up
Cut up the chicken body manually on the line.
