1.Chocolate biscuits/ chocolate cake/ chocolate wafer automatic packing line

*Suitable for packing candy, chocolate coaing biscuits, cakes and wafers. This packing line can connect to former production line, easily realize full automatic production.

*Max speed for single line/machine can reach 250-300bags/min; If need to fill Nitrogen(like cake), max speed is 150 bags/min.

*The baffle is specially design for chocolate coating products to avoid surface scratching.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.Wafer Biscuit Automatic Packing Line

Application:This line is suitable for packing wafer biscuits. It can be connected to the wafer biscuit production line, save labor, full automatic. The packing type can be customized(single package/family package).

 

 

 

 

2. Two-channel automatic feeding line for biscuits/cookies

Application :Mainly for biscuits, cookies, waffles, senbei and other products with regular shapes.

Performance:

(1).Maximum packing speed of can reach 350 bags/min for one packing machine.(2pcs per bag stacking)

                   

  (2).Tune-over device is optional.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Automatic rice bar/egg roll packing line

Application :mainly for rice crackers, marshmallows, oatmeal chocolate, crisp candy, pine cones, nut crisps and other products with regular appearance. The front end can be connected to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding, or manual feeding.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Swiss Roll/Layer cake automatic packing line

Application: Mainly for products with regular shapes and neat front-end products such as Swiss rolls, layer cakes, and triangular cakes. Max. speed for one machine is about 180-200 bags/min (150 bags/min if need to fill Nitrogen ).

 

 

 

 

5.Bread/cup cake automatic packing line

Application: Mainly aimed at products with regular shapes such as egg yolk pies, muffins, cakes, bread, and other regular shape products.

 

 

 

 

6.Biscuit automatic packing line

Application: Mainly for products with regular appearances such as biscuits and peach crisps. The front end can be connected to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding, or manual feeding.

 

    

 

 

 

7.Energy Bar/Protein bar automatic packing line

 Application: Mainly for puffing and bonding cutting products, the production line is required to receive continuous materials and the products are completely cut. In addition to Shaqima, it is also suitable for egg yolk crisps, rice crackers, wafers, sunflower seeds bar, etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 8.Automatic Tray Feeding/Loading Packing Line

 It is mainly aimed at products with regular shapes such as moon cakes, meat muffins, cakes, etc. and requiring packaging. The front end can be connected to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding, or manual feeding.
