Lingyu PD series freeze dryer, through forced cooling to reduce the water content of compressed air, to provide users with dry and clean compressed air. The lowest pressure dew point is 2 ℃. It adopts the three in one design of heat exchanger, evaporator and gas-liquid separator, plate fin structure with high efficiency heat exchange, microchannel condenser, refrigeration system uses refrigeration compressor with lower energy consumption, and the whole series adopts environmental protection refrigerant, so the whole machine is energy-saving and environmental protection.
working principle:

system process design:
1. Ultimate energy saving:
It can save 30% energy and lower pressure drop, only about 0.15Mpa.
The outlet temperature of the shell and tube dryer is generally low. The heat exchange efficiency of plate type dryer is better, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet is generally between 5 and 10 ℃. Under the same working conditions, the temperature of shell and tube dryer entering the evaporator is higher than that of plate dryer. In order to achieve the same dew point, the shell and tube dryer must increase the cooling power by about 30%. This is the basic reason of energy saving of plate type cold dryer.
2,Lower pressure drop
High pressure drop means high energy consumption. Once the pressure drop of the freeze dryer is very high, higher discharge pressure must be set for the compressor, which undoubtedly greatly increases the cost of energy consumption. Under the standard working condition of 7 bar, the pressure drop of Lingyu plate type cold dryer is controlled within 0.15 MPa, which is far lower than the national standard.
3. Environmental protection:
There is no secondary pollution to the compressed air, which can be more widely used in medical and food fields;The whole series of PD adopts environmental protection refrigerant, which conforms to the international refrigeration industry standard.
The plate heat exchanger itself will not rust, and its service life is 1.5 times that of shell and tube heat exchanger.
Note: the front end needs to be equipped with precision filter or connected with stainless steel pipe.
4. Stable and durable:
Perfect protection function to ensure safe operation of the unit, stable outlet pressure dew point, up to 2-8 degrees under standard working conditions. The aluminum alloy characteristics of the plate heat exchanger determine the longer service life of the whole machine, and solve the problem of frequent cleaning of the drain;6-16MPa available.
5. Ultra wide working condition area:
In order to adapt to the bad environment of air compressor room and the high temperature of summer environment, Lingyu company designed and improved the microchannel condenser for compression refrigeration based on the workshop air conditioning and space cooler.
6. Compact structure
The appearance is beautiful and small, and the floor area is only half of the same kind of shell and tube type cold dryer;
