Water temperature control
The entire AquaKool series adopts outlet temperature control, combined with DC variable frequency stepless regulation technology. As the actual outlet temperature continues to approach the set value, the compressor synchronously reduces load, maintaining the actual outlet temperature within ± 0.5 ℃ of the set value. However, traditional fixed frequency units only have an on/off state and cannot adjust the water temperature. The system water temperature fluctuates within the range of ± 2-3 ℃ of the set value
Electronic expansion valve control
The 480 level electronic expansion valve has high precision regulation and fast action speed, adapting to instantaneous changes in refrigerant flow, ensuring the stability and reliability of the air conditioning system.
Especially in low ambient temperature conditions, compared to thermal expansion valves, they can more accurately reflect multi heat conditions and provide rapid adjustment.
Combined with DC frequency conversion technology, the refrigerant flow output can be achieved within a wide operating range, ensuring the stability of the system water temperature.
Complete range of water conservancy components
The unit is equipped with a stainless steel circulating water pump of the standard brand, and there are high and low head models to choose from. Users can also configure the water pump according to their needs. The unit is pre installed with an expansion tank and water flow switch, and the main water conservancy accessories such as filters, automatic exhaust valves, and pressure gauges are randomly delivered, making on-site installation more convenient and cost saving
Differential pressure water flow switch
The unit is pre installed with a pressure differential water flow switch, eliminating the need to install traditional reed water flow switches on site, saving labor and material costs
Compared to reed water flow switches, differential pressure water flow switches have the following advantages:
-High control accuracy and quick response
-Control components do not come into contact with water, creating no additional resistance to the water system
-Will not cause component fatigue due to prolonged operation, resulting in insensitive or even ineffective control

Dual monitoring of temperature and pressure
The control system monitors the environmental temperature, tablet temperature, evaporation temperature, supply and return water temperature, as well as the corresponding high and low side pressure of the refrigerant system during the operation of the host in real-time
Protection of key components of the system
Important components such as compressors, fan motors, water pumps, water flow differential pressure switches, and refrigerant system control valves are equipped with overload protection and fault protection measures
Anti Freezing
In winter standby mode, there are two levels of antifreeze protection: circulating antifreeze for the stage water pump, and heating antifreeze for the stage start heat pump, ensuring that in the cold north, even if the host is installed outdoors, the water system will not be damaged by freezing
During summer, there is a risk of freezing and damaging the cooling board due to the low outlet temperature caused by insufficient water flow in the system
Power-off memory protection
After a sudden power outage of the unit, the host can remember the operating status and set parameters of the power outage. After the power supply is restored, the host will operate normally according to the set state before the power outage
Fault alarm
When the unit releases a fault, the indoor temperature controller TM81 and the host wire controller (when installed) flash simultaneously, and the fault code is displayed on the screen, making it convenient for users to contact personnel at any time. The fault code can be kept at 50, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to track historical faults. Partial faults can be self restored after power outage
